Presentation Requirements
- Authors should be prepared to present their poster for the full duration of the Poster Q&A session on Wednesday, September 10, 2025. Time TBD.
- Each author will be provided with space on a poster board of 4 ft. (48”) tall by 8 ft. (96”) wide. Thus, there is no need to bring personal boards.
- Maximum poster size is 4 ft (48”) x 4 ft (48”). No specific poster format is required, but authors are encouraged to follow standard professional poster guidelines.
- Tapes, glues, and push-pins will be provided to poster presenters.
- The set-up time begins at 9:45 AM on Wednesday, September 10, 2025. Authors are welcome to leave the posters on the poster-board throughout the duration of the Workshop.
- Participants are encouraged to bring their research products and samples for demonstration.
- Please note that the IWSHM organizers will not be offering tables for laptop/computer demonstrations during the poster session. If you would like to demonstrate your software, you are encouraged to bring your own equipment.

Authors are responsible for printing and bringing their posters. Nevertheless, we recognize traveling with a poster is impractical. Hence, we have some local printing options listed below.
